By accessing and using Easy Menu ("we", "us", "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Easy Menu is an e-commerce platform that sells digital gift cards, prepaid cards, and mobile recharge services. We provide a secure payment gateway through Stripe for processing transactions in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).

3. Products and Delivery

Digital Products: All products sold are digital codes or direct top-ups. No physical items will be shipped.

Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment, digital codes are typically delivered instantly via email and/or on-screen display. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours for verification purposes.

Geographical Restrictions: Some gift cards are region-specific (e.g., US only, UAE only). It is the user's responsibility to verify the region of the product before purchasing. We are not responsible for purchases made for the wrong region.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Payment must be received in full before any digital product is delivered.

Prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

5. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your purchased codes.
• You agree not to use the service for fraudulent activities or money laundering.
• You must ensure the email address or phone number provided for delivery is correct.

6. Limitation of Liability

Easy Menu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our service or the digital products purchased.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
